Step.1 :Landscaping Consultation

At Peaceful Landscapes we aim to create the perfect garden for you. We take your ideas and combine them with ours to create a unique, practical and beautiful garden perfectly suited to your taste and style.

The first point of contact will be either an online landscaping inquiry, or a phone call. At this point we will gather your location, a rough outline of your landscaping requirements and a budget, we will then arrange an onsite consultation and quote. The initial consultation involves approximately 60 minutes on site with the client. The clients wants, needs, budget and preferences will be discussed along with our design options and suitable landscape materials and plants.

We will look at suitable garden styles, building materials, plants and garden features to suit you, your budget and your garden space. Following this consultation we prepare a concept plan and quote for you.

Step.2 Landscape Concept Plan and Quotation

The garden design process;

1. Concept plan – At this stage we will prepare a drawing    of your proposed garden space, including hard landscaping    features such as paving, any garden features, garden areas, entertaining areas, plant species and landscaping materials.
2. Construction Documentation – Within the concept plan we will also outline the construction methods and materials to be used to build the garden. Clearly outlining all stages of the process to avoid any confusion. This will also include a planting list and sample images of the proposed hard landscaping materials and soft landscaping elements including proposed trees, shrubs, and ground covers.
3. Construction Quotation – In conjunction with the garden design plan and construction outline we will provide you with a free    quotation for completion of all outlined works.

Step.3 Landscape Construction and Planting

Upon acceptance of our concept plan and quotation we will book in a start date that is suitable and give you an outline of the schedule of works. We will continue to liaise with the client from pre-planing, during construction, right through to completion of your landscaping work. Once the job is finished we ensure continued communication with the client to ensure that the garden remains healthy and thriving. We pride ourselves on being punctual, open and communicative and ensure that the client is 100% happy with the finished job.
